We understand that making the decision to remodel your home can be daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. At P3 we work closely with you to devise a scope of work and timeline that best suits your needs. We then manage the entire project – from design to construction – so that there are no surprise delays or expenses. Each job is assigned a foreman and a project manager, and Julie and Robin each remain heavily involved throughout. If complications arise, we quickly troubleshoot to stay on schedule, informing you every step of the way. The result is that our jobs never stand idle.
The Process
We have worked on all kinds of buildings, from Victorian to Arts and Crafts; historical to modern. We like to start with the existing architecture and then incorporate new features and layouts for modern living. Our design team can help you select materials, colors, finishes, and fixtures that match your style and budget.
We manage the entire build from demo to completion. Framing, carpentry, electrical, roofing, seismic retrofitting, landscaping – if you need it, we can do it. For larger projects, we have architects and structural engineers in-house to render the design and layout, and Julie and Robin work closely with city planners and inspectors to ensure all required permits are obtained and approved. Throughout the job, we keep you informed with regular progress reports, and we’re happy to answer any questions. Our projects don’t drag – we get the job done.
