This classic Jordan Park home was feeling a bit stale before P3 began updating and modernizing it. Old details such as the trim were stripped throughout and replaced to give the property a more sleek feel. Hardwood flooring on the upper levels was refinished, returning it to its original luster, and new hardwood was installed on the lower level. Five bathrooms were updated with a chic and stylish touch, showing off beautiful marble and tile choices. The foyer was converted into a prime example of modern elegance, with a more streamlined layout featuring big beautiful steel doors and windows. New decking and fencing in the backyard make for a perfect place to enjoy some outdoor time in the heart of San Francisco.
