P3 transformed what was an outdated single-unit home into a modern three-story property, consisting of a large family home on the upper floors with a smaller rental unit below. Classic and modern were perfectly blended by restoring a historical façade in the front to its original beauty, working in harmony with the contemporary metal siding and floor-to-ceiling glazing at the rear. An updated kitchen now serves as the sleek and stylish heart of a modern yet cozy open-plan living space.
