How We Got Here
About 15 years ago, we began working together as a speculative development company purchasing, remodeling, and selling houses in San Francisco and Marin County. As our business grew, friends who liked our work would ask us to help them with their own remodels. We soon discovered that they didn’t just need a reliable contractor for the build-out; they needed a team they trusted to coordinate the whole project from idea stage to execution. Our friends loved working with us. Soon, their friends wanted to hire us, and one job led to another. To meet the many requests, we expanded into the business we are today, featuring in-house architects, building professionals, project managers, engineers, and our own design team. This gives us the unique ability to work with our clients at every stage to design and build out their ideas from beginning to end.
Who We Are
The experienced and dedicated team at P3 is headed up by two founding partners and sisters – Julie and Robin.
Robin May
Robin specializes in design, project management, and building code compliance. Prior to P3, she leased commercial real estate and managed tenant improvement jobs in Chicago. A San Francisco native, Robin lives with her husband and two children in the Lone Mountain district.
Julie Kase
Julie is the Chief Estimator at P3. After a career in advertising, she decided to pursue a passion for design and renovation that she discovered while remodeling her own home. This commitment and drive is reflected in P3’s work, and the look on her clients’ faces when they see their new homes is an amazing feeling that keeps her going. Born and raised in San Francisco, Julie lives with her husband and daughter in the Nob Hill district.
